Cocktail Recipe

Garnish: absinthe

Spec

2 oz gin
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz Aperol

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass. Rinse glass with absinthe. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and serve.
