    Spec

    • 2 oz Pierre Ferrand Ambre cognac
    • 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
    • 1/4 oz Benedictine

    Stir in a mixing glass and strain over ice. Express and garnish with a lemon.

  • Dupree

    • aperol
    • elderflower liqueur
    • gin

    Spec

    • 2 oz gin
    • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
    • 1/2 oz Aperol

    Stir ingredients in a mixing glass. Rinse glass with absinthe. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and serve.

  • Forest Nymph

    • gin
    • dry vermouth
    • flora green
    • woodland bitters
    • absinthe

    Spec

    • 2 oz Roku gin
    • 3/4 oz Lo-Fi dry vermouth
    • 1/4 oz Accompani Flora Green
    • 2 dashes Woodland bitters

    Stir all ingredients. Pour into glass rinsed with absinthe. Express and garnish with a lemon peel.

  • Industry Sour

    • fernet branca
    • green chartreuse
    • simple syrup
    • lime juice

    Spec

    • 1 oz Fernet-Branca
    • 1 oz green Chartreuse
    • 1 oz simple syrup
    • 1 oz lime juice

    Shaken, double strained into a coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

  • Martinez

    • gin
    • sweet vermouth
    • luxardo
    • angostura bitters

    Spec

    • 1 1/2 oz gin
    • 1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
    • 1/4 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
    • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

    Stir and strain into a coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.

  • Maximillian Affair

    • mezcal
    • elderflower liqueur
    • pent e mes
    • lemon juice

    • 1 oz mezcal
    • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
    • 1/2 oz Punt e Mes
    • 1/4 oz lemon juice

    Shaken, double strained into a coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

  • Mojito

    • white rum
    • lime
    • sugar cube
    • simple syrup
    • mint

    Spec

    • 2 oz white rum
    • 1 lime cut into 8 wedges
    • 1 sugar cube
    • 8-10 mint leaves
    • 1/2 oz simple syrup

    Lay mint leaves followed by lime slices, rind down, then sugar cube and simple into shaker. Muddle, then add rum. Light shake with pebble five times, then dump contents of shaker into tall glass. Top off with pebble until ice reaches the top of the glass. Slap mint sprig and place in glass next to straw.

  • Rose City Blush

    • gin
    • lillet blanc
    • rose simple
    • elderflower liqueur

    Spec

    • 2 oz gin
    • 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
    • 1/4 oz rose simple
    • Barspoon Elderflower liqueur

    Shaken, double strained, served in a glass with an absinthe rinse. Garnish with a rose petal.

  • Upset Connor

    • cynar
    • bourbon
    • apricot brandy
    • lime juice

    Spec

    • 3/4 oz Cynar
    • 3/4 oz bonded bourbon
    • 3/4 oz apricot brandy
    • 3/4 oz lime juice

    Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. No garnish.

  • Whiskey Sour

    • bourbon
    • lemon juice
    • simple syrup
    • egg white

    Spec

    • 2 oz bourbon
    • 3/4 oz lemon juice
    • 1/2 oz simple syrup
    • 1/2 oz egg white

    Dry shake ingredients. Add rocks and shake vigorously. Double strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with three dashes of Angostura bitters.

    • orange bitters

    Spec

    • 1 1/3 oz tequila
    • 2/3 oz elderflower liqueur
