Cocktail Recipe
Garnish: mint sprig
Spec
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 lime cut into 8 wedges
- 1 sugar cube
- 8-10 mint leaves
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
Lay mint leaves followed by lime slices, rind down, then sugar cube and simple into shaker. Muddle, then add rum. Light shake with pebble five times, then dump contents of shaker into tall glass. Top off with pebble until ice reaches the top of the glass. Slap mint sprig and place in glass next to straw.
